We’re making an important change to improve coordinated care and reduce wait times. Halton Medix Burlington will be joining a Family Health Organization (FHO). To help us provide the best care, please call ahead and book your appointment rather than walking in. Unbooked visits are reserved for urgent concerns and primarily for patients enrolled in our practice.

What This Means for You

1. Consistent Care from Your Family Doctor
   • Doctors will see their own patients 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM by booked appointment (in-person & virtual).
   • Do not walk in during this time — please call to book.
   • Urgent walk-ins: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (last registration at 7:30 PM).
   • Only your doctor can complete forms or write prescriptions unless they are away.
2. “Outside Use”

   Visits to other walk-in clinics or doctors outside the FHO are tracked and could affect your care. Please contact us first for all health needs.

3. After-Hours & Urgent Care

   You’ll have access to evening and weekend care with affiliated doctors. Call first — space is limited and non-urgent visits may be declined if full.
